With this in mind, we have developed a convenient system for the initial diagnosis appointment. We will come to your location and check your car. This includes a visual examination of under hood components, checking the fluid, taking the car for a road test, and connecting to the vehicles computer for an electronic scan.

The concept of a 'house call' in the transmission industry is virtually unheard of. Who actually likes to bring their car to an automotive repair shop and sit waiting for a technician to work on or check their car? Nobody that I know. Here at Engel Transmission, we are always looking for better ways to serve our customers.

This 'house call' service is only for a selected area. We are located in the town of Warren. We are offering this service the surrounding towns of Sturbridge, Ware, Brimfield, Holland, Palmer, the Brookfields, Spencer, Charlton, and Southbridge. If you are not in one of these towns, then please contact us anyway and depending on our appointment schedule, we may be able to make an exception. We always strive to go the extra mile for our customers!
